Privacy Policy

WeightSlate is operated by Jason May Labs. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your name and email address (entered manually or via Google Sign-In)
- Whether you opted into beta testing
When you use the app, we additionally collect:
- Audio recordings you submit for workout logging (processed and discarded after transcription)
- Workout data you dictate (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
- Heart rate data from connected Bluetooth monitors
- Basic account information from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile photo)
How we use it
- Waitlist data: to notify you about launch and beta access
- Workout and audio data: to provide the voice logging service
- Heart rate data: to display live BPM and enable Strava upload
Third-party services
Data storage
Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is 100% secure.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
